Ephemeral Lighting Structure for a Theatre Play

used ProtoPixel to recreate a house-shaped ephemeral lighting structure for “La casa de la Memòria” (The House of Memory), a theatre play about the Spanish victims of national socialism. The play mixed contemporary flamenco, LED and video mapping.

The stage presented a small house with semi-transparent walls, whose edges were covered by RGB LED fixtures. The lighting content was synchronized with projections on the wall, making the house a minimalistic lighting surface that recreated the memories of such tragic events.
